Name, email, phone, and mailing address. Tax and financial records you provide, such as returns, IRS notices, and financial statements. Payment and bank account information, which you may connect through our payment processor, Stripe.
How We Use It
To provide our services, communicate with you, process payments, and meet legal and professional obligations.
Bank Connections and Payments
Bank connections and payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your bank login credentials. Stripe’s handling of your data is governed by its own privacy policy.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us deliver our services, with taxing authorities when you authorize us to represent you, or when the law requires it.
Security and Retention
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information and keep records only as long as needed for our services and legal requirements.
Your Choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, subject to legal record-keeping requirements.
